Same in pe it looks telkom has a problem I tested with webafrica telkom all the same upload problem

Download Speed: 38359 kbps (4794.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 817 kbps (102.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 46 ms
Jitter: 9 ms

We have escalated the issue of upload rates to Openserve. We've identified the same symptons across multiple backbones.

...and the continuous evening speed issues we've been waiting for months for resolution? Would have been nice to see a reply here or to my PM (which you encouraged we send you)

I see that CW posted on social media yesterday thanking members for voting CW as the Top rated Network for the 2nd time in 2017?
When did that happen or more importantly how?
This network has been rubbish for 3 months or more?

Can't download news any faster than 1MB/s. Pretty frustrating. Wtf?
