3rd day in a row now where it starts at full and drops to a third - half line speed and yeah, failed logins, ugh. Streaming is also only getting half line speed at max.
While I know I have been on the naughty list, I also got frustrated with the streaming lately. Over the weekend, Showmax was crap, so I naturally just blamed Naspers for it and went on with my life. Last night, Netflix was so bad that it literally stopped streaming a bunch of times. I rebooted the ATV and my router in the hope that it might improve the situation, but neither did. It could have to do with my throttling, I mean deprioritisation, or the network could just be performing poorly. Please fix it, either way.
I've given up on ever getting the usage emails again, or getting onto the portal.
No email still, I can use other methods to check my usage, but doesn't give me a break down between free time and normal usage. Will ask them again today, and if still nothing, I'll just let it go. I mean seriously now, it really can't be that difficult to remove my email, and maybe try and reload me on their system.I'm getting mail but also given up waiting for the portal.

Which is kind of why I'm still happy with Afrihost as well, and kept them as my ISP, but dropped Telkom, as 3 different isps would be too much lol . Clientzone is brilliant.Agree. I ask at least once a week for access to portal, they always say they forward my details to get added, yeah whatever.
