Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Dude please, I'm just pointing out that you are constantly having issues, apart from either Web Africa or Vox which you mention as working. So wouldn't it have made sense to just stick with the ISP that is working for you? Stop being sensitive and think people are always attacking you, when they are not

Why does it matter to you?

Dude don't come with that attitude, because I didn't show you any disrespect now.

uhm, you're following the dude around, stop being a troll ..... lots of people have the same shyte he has so because you're all hunky dory, we all should be? I think not.

Okay maybe I shouldnt have said every ISP. But I remember him having similar or some issues with Afrihost as well, and also mentioning that Web Africa or Vox were much better

I was also on Afrihost before and moved to CW due to performance issues, now I'm also getting the same issues as I had on Afrihost on CW. WebAfrica has the same problem.
I'm contemplating moving to Vox if this isn't fixed by the 17th/18th, I'll send in a cancellation. I don't even come close to using my cap, I use:
Code:
Total Combined (MB): 70640.01
Comment: 35GB used -- 18h00-00h00 Cap -- 250GB
which is an average of 200GB a month with only maybe 90GB during that peak time. The 200GB Vox package is only R199, less than I am paying for the 250GB CW package (R379). Seriously considering cancelling anyways and moving to the 300GB package for R299.

Safe bet to send in the cancellation now and retract it later if need be. That way there's no "o u missed the cutoff soz"

Hey bud, yeh i remember that. I think these guys have just got overly excited by my comments, where i was merely stating that i remember kohlter have issues on AH, but said that he had a better experience either with Vox or Web Africa. So basically just asking, wouldnt it make sense to stick to whats working consistently for you, rather than fighting and nobody able to assist. CW's support on here is non existent, so not sure how its going to help, if there is no support from CW on the forum anymore

This is not your problem

This is a feedback thread. Anyone here can post their feedback on Crystal Web's products and it is not your job to comment on their feedback. If your stuff is fine, then say so and move on, don't try and justify/defend/recommend anything. Make your own thread if you feel the need to.

feedback to who? if you havent noticed, there is no CW representation on here anyway. So who should answer to the feedback?

Not my problem, not yours either. I just read the rules and obey.

I know the rules, but you not answering the question. If it's a feedback thread okay fine
, but how can you ask for assistance on a CW issue, if there are no reps to address the issue. Then what is the point? Why not just email or phone CW's help desk? Let me rather not say anything further, will end it here.

I know, but I don't want to use threat of cancellation as a stick, I asked rpm to check up with IS what the problem is, so hoping it will get sorted before then. And sending a cancellation later before 19th is not a problem, if they try and make an issue of it, it will just be the last time they ever have me as a customer, same as CellC did by billing me an extra month.

If he wants to reply, let him. If you want to respond to his reply, feel free to. No need with this long discussion of whether support replies/is feedback worth it.
@Icemanbrfc pasting here is so that others who might consider CW or are having similar problems can more easily consider staying/leaving. It's like Amazon reviews, to tell you whether the product (and seller) is great and it helps you make a decision.
