So ya, just keep that network good because let's be honest, Crystal web is years behind the other players in terms of usability. For some of us network quality is enough but it has to work properly.
Crystal web need to preserve their network because if it dips in quality there is nothing worth staying for. For example (in my experience):
- I am still unable to log into the rumoured 'client zone' after 6 months, or change my password (and the page doesn't even load in firefox).
- Last time I managed to log in it didn't have the correct package in there, just the free trial which they were unable to remove.
- Support can be good but goes offline.
- I have no way to change my connection password
- There is literally no way to know how much bandwidth you have used unless you subscribe to daily usage emails and subtract each day's usage from the monthly total.
- These notices you can only disable/enable via contacting a rep.
- As far as I know there is no way to top up bandwidth without contacting them directly (so it has to be done manually through contact and during office hours).
