It's all I can imagine that there was some quick software change made because like I say PPPoE didn't disconnect and it went from 5 to 17Mb instantly.

If you know anyone from the management team, ask them to remove the -1 from your account :--)

If Shaun is the CEO and you know him, express your disappointment with his staff and get it fixed.

Been there done that.

Tired of trying to run other people’s businesses for them.

Shaun was the very one who posted here as CW Management and then never came back as promised.

Surprising how the reason Crystal Web was formed was partly due to Shaun's disdain of OpenWeb (remember the neighbour's capped account being throttled fiasco?) and yet Crystal Web (which shares a similar name to OpenWeb) has followed in their footsteps. First the company rep disappears from this forum, then the network turns to shit... :erm:

It has been impossible to game on CW for the last 6 weeks in the evening. Pings to EU is absolutely horrible. For anything else it's great. Cancelling.

I asked for an update on the ping issue, this was their reply.

We are expecting a resolution within two weeks at most.

Excellent!

So log cancellation, and in two weeks when the fault is fixed you retract it.

Submitted my cancellation this morning.

Now I’m guessing the best time to sign up with Telkom would be a week before the 1st or so?
