I have been having connection issues from May with CW. get rediculous high pings and low speeds on my 4mb line. in last 2 weeks its gotten worse and disconnects/drops intermittently. each time with live chat the consultant resets the line and it ok for a hour or so.
was told its a issue with the Telkom exchange and they logged a fault. when i followed up i was told i must call Telkom and i did that but just get told "we will get back to you"
have a 4mb line and want to upgarde but with the hassles of late dont upgrading as a option if Telkom has issues that is affecting so many ISPs.
