Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Same again tonight except this time I am only getting over 1MB on my 10MB Uncapped account. Same thing every night and every time I get told they will recreate my port and escalate this. It's been 2 weeks now. How much higher must this be escalated?

I can't speak for CW's adsl....only fibre (which is fine).... I agree with Mickey.... try their live chat?
 
I am still experiencing the slow slowdowns - even on fibre.

I kicked off a large download at 17:00 sharp and at 17:15 to 17:30 the speed dropped from 12MB/s to around 4-6 MB/s. Speed picked up again around 22:00.

So while this does not impact gaming (pings were 100% A-OKAY) or streaming (since 40mbs is perfect for 4k if you're so inclined), purely downloading will be impacted. This is on OpenServe fibre.

This is in line to the fault logged by CW on the 19th of May. I'll give it the full 2 weeks for them to upgrade their core network tech to solve this.
 
Updating since I have resolved this myself, perhaps others can benefit: I had CW recreate an account for me over live chat - fixed immediately.

Account abuse flagging (-1 IS flag comes to mind) or improper account provisioning...
 
Anyone had any issues with their e-mail notifications? Haven't gotten one since the 22nd, but the issue may be connected to my account downgrade.

DL is OK but UL is not right...
