Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Anybody been having high latency the past few weeks? especially in gaming, i am getting 70 - 90 ms in local gaming, where it use to be around 30 ms
 
My ADSL is dead. Wonder if its got anything to do with these idiots
 
Really? I'm on support now and have been told to "power cycle" my router :/
My last communication with support :

"(02:44:02 PM) Support Impi: The is down due to the issue at openserve unfortunately management is working with telkom on this, we do apologise"

So obviously not one of the fool's know what the problem is.

The lost reason for the disconnect is user request I would recommend factory resetting the router and reconfiguring.

Why is he talking such kak? He told me to disconnect for 10min as well. They know its openserve so why lie about it. Maybe it's easier to **** customers around than arguing about management not being able to sort out their **** up an entire month later.
 
Also our lines are now being held ransom because despite requesting that it be moved away from CW it still hasn't been done a month later so we are stuck with them until when? Surely this cannot be the only way to do it.

CPA, ISPA etc they cannot hold lines to ransom. If they cant maintain their business, then they need shut it down permanently.

I requested my line be migrated back to telkom beginning of last month. They are now saying openserve won't listen to Evonet until the outstanding issues with CW are sorted out first. Surely this cannot be as it contravenes our rights.

Only way now I suspect is legal recourse or pleed a case with an owning entity or ombudsman.

Unfortunately yes. Was also told they cant move my line yet, so im also waiting right now.
Weird then how it's affecting some of us but not all. "Apparently" an email will be going out today or tomorrow :/ Not holding my breath.
