ISO, a response that says the one is already in the system, it could have been:
"Good day Mr RiD1. I see you were previously a customer of AH, and cancelled your services on........
Would you like me to re activated your service? If so, it requires a manual intervention. Here is your reference number. A specialist will contact you shortly.
Or, I see this line was previously registered to another Customer. A manual activation is required if you would like to activate a service on this line.
