Bummer.
Im getting full speed when downloading internationally? i find its mostly single connection things not getting line speed
Yes, but your server is routing internationally?
Is the EFT reference the full name or the account? Usually its the account...but the invoice says customer name?
Anyway....so far so good. Very fast response times. Though something does still feel a hint off with the international.
Might as well add after your chat ends you can't save/view a history of chat it gives an error.
I closed it afterword but then saw you made a post about it. i think it only happens if your chat gets disconnectedHi Slasher,
I can't replicate this on our end. Paul and I just had an argument over our live chat and emailing the transcript worked here. Please send us the error you received so that we can investigate.
downloads seem to be ok but still not near OW speeds...
general browsing also seem to be ok and much better than OW...
total experience still a bag of mixed nuts...

I think you might be missing what he's trying to say. When your chat errors out, you can't email a transcript.
Well I might be wrong too...If that's what he meant then yes, I misunderstood.
Well no i mean't what you thought(i hadn't tested that feature before) but it seem yes to reproduce it you have to error out :/If that's what he meant then yes, I misunderstood.
If you pop onto the live chat I can look into itHaven't been able to connect to the news server as of yet...
Without posting too much on a public forum, here is part of the error message I get from my newsreader: (10061, "Failed to connect: (10060, 'timed out') -1@***********")
Ah well, looks like it's torrents again >.<
