CW, the auto pop open with chime of Live Chat just scared the living cr@p out of me.
Guess I spent to much time there![]()
User profile-based shaping carries further costs that drive the operational expenditure up as well. We're not really fans of usage-based thresholds as well, but we're looking at this carefully internally.
It's marketing..? Who cares (except for you) if it's listed as a free "add on"..?Ok, lets say you buy an uncapped account from cw, according to this advert thing, you have an add-on you can get for your account that is free.. that gives you access to the cw news servers.
This temporary website will eventually be replaced with a proper one.
Now from a new customer point of view I would assume to use my own paid for news server access/usage if i wanted anything beyond 30-60days or at full line speeds, unless you make a big red fat circle or type it in huge bold comic sans to check out all the add-on options..
Why should you have to get the add-on if it is free, just include it with the account from the get-go and list it under the specs of the account.
Dumbing it down further than that would involve me having to go buy an ipad and post it from there
%^&*&%$%#$ I cant't get that. Been trying since it was mentioned lol.
can you elaborate a little for my education? is the cost due to application customisation? is it hardware limitations?
I'm not really proposing usage based - more weighted usage based... i could do it in excel to show you if you wanted?
I was looking at http://crystalweb.co.za/ webpage about the free news server add-on story Zentrax was talking about and Live Chat opened.
