Yea I got to "sing the praises" as well.
Thought I'd hold off until I'm a week or more in, but it's the honesty from CW that I wish to applaud.
That's not saying their connection is not top-class (it is), but it really is refreshing to be met with actual answers/responsible persons etc.

I am not normally an early adopter, but I took the leap with CW and cannot be happier that I did!!
 
Just some feedback from me....

Started with Crystal Web on the 1st June...

Whatever they are doing.....keep doing it. They have a winning formula here. The internet simply works. All day. More importantly, when I want it to work. Perfectly. Abused their network a little yesterday and according to my daily usage stats did 20GB (on a 2MB account). Just wanted to see what the line was capable of. Doubt I will hit that number again as there is simply not that much content for me to download. But well done nonetheless. If they keep this up, there is no doubt they will be the top ISP in the country within 6 months. ​Actually so strange for me to be able to browse the internet before 11PM at night as the speed was just crap on Telkom in the evenings when I wanted to use the internet.

Torrents actually run at more or less line speeds while the sun is out. Unheard of. Next its going to rain kangaroos LOL :D
 
Sent mail for news server this morning (281). When are the details going out?
 
Tried everything again this morning.
No luck on streaming yet.
WoW and Diablo latency was less, 220-230ms not ideal but better than yesterday.

Youtube still working fine.
 
When I left the office this morning all seemed well.
A couple of other mates of mine were still complaining about poor throughput last night. Will see what the case is tonight.

What can I say, I am a bit famous.... NOT :p

In any case, that quote of my post, its the truth... maybe some cANCer member will read it and think.
I am not popular in some sectors, because, like Gareth Cliff, I call a spade, a spade!
 
How do I sign up? Only looking to start next month, though - I've already given my notice to Openweb.
 
International update:

We have a solution and will be rolling it out over the next 48 hours. We'll update in the next few hours with what we're doing and some more detail about the issue.

News server update:

We'll be sending all logins for the news server out over the next 48 hours as well. Stay tuned and watch your emails...
