Phew. Our temporary solution is holding tight for now. This is the beauty of our flexible business model, and our commitment to getting things right. There may still be issues on occasion this month, but it's slowly going to come right.

So I was reading through that email with the apology about the international problem, and the read was good until I got to the bit about the news server and promptly jizzed my pants

There are treatments for ED these days...
 
Crystal Web please remember the last ip in your client zone. That is always a life saver when dyndns screws up.
 
Ladies and gents, I have one free 10Mb account for gamers, tv streamers, Twitch users, ntv, Netflix and Hulu users to test for one week.

Any chance of an account to test my Roku UK account. I watch BBC, Netflix, Demand5, 4oD, NowTV, Sky News, Crackle and use Rdio. I have struggled with Mweb, AH, WA on some channels with buffering, especially on NowTV which is pretty much 30 seconds of watching and 10 seconds of buffering. So if I can watch without buffering, I will be signing up. I have a 6 meg line.
 
Woah! this thread needs to be stickied already, it is so far up on top of the other threads :D that i think the buffer is already over 4693 (pv/d) 32k views is amazing.

Love that the emails sent are Crystal clear :p.

Also don't forget to announce that donor account winner as days are ticking away....(also free NS is bloody marvelous if only for current clients). Sleep well for now. :)
 
All the best chaps - ISP reseller appears to be a tough nut to crack

Pretty happy with my current arrangements (price/performance has hit the sweet spot for me) but will keep an eye out.

Were not able to play Diablo 3 last night due to the issues they currently have. Downloads were fine though.

Thanks for the exciting news I received in my Inbox this morning.
