Working correctly again as well as streaming services. Can't actually complain this is the first glitch in the Matrix I have had and didn't last long
 
A suggestion for anyone else troubleshooting, in Windows 7 and up,

press Windows+R on the keyboard and enter resmon in the run box, click OK

In resource monitor, click the network tab at the top and look under TCP connections - look at the latency column and packet loss column. Install www.gyazo.com to take quick screenshots of your resource monitor to share when you experience issues.

NZB downloads still trickling along at about 40 kilobytes per second.
 
NZBs now coming down at line speed. Didnt change port or remove SSL as I only saw the advice now that its working LOL.
 
I'm busy watching French open final via sop cast in hd and it hasn't skipped a beat. Still using my CW account

Edit: I tried that website (www.vipboxasia.co) as well, and Malwarebytes blocked it as a malicious website.

Interesting.... wonder why chrome doesn't flag it...
MS Security essentials neither.
