Apologies for the delay in authentication. Something is awry with the batch auth system - so far only one account has been authenticated properly. Seems this will be a longer process than we originally anticipated so we sincerely apologise for the wait. Hold tight, you will be authenticated, and know that we are working frantically behind the scenes to ensure that this happens as quickly as possible.

Hi all,

We've identified the problem, and are working on rectifying it now. We're recreating the batch authentications to run again after a little testing. This will happen at 1am, and all users should be able to login with their account details.

We apologise for this delay, and thank you for your patience during this little teething error.

We'll be working and monitoring until then, so rest assured you will get authenticated shortly and we will be around to make sure that it happens...

Update:

We will process the batch authentications in the next few minutes. Again, please allow up to 30 minutes for them to complete before trying your login details, and please do let us know if you continue to experience authentication errors.

Unfortunately we are still experiencing the same issues. We have escalated the matter and are working to resolve it. Again, we apologise for the delay, and will keep the community and our customers updated on the status of the authentications. We thank you for your continued patience...

UPDATE:

Authentication issues have been resolved and all new customers should be able to login to their shiny new Crystal Web accounts now.

Thank you for your patience while we resolved this. We will continue to work this hard behind the scenes to resolve any future issues of this nature, no matter the time of day.

I guess 24 hour support certainly has its place in the ISP business...;)

Note that the issues are still resolving themselves and may result in intermittent slow throughput for the next hour. We are on top of this too...

Busy testing the FTV Guide for XBMC - Absolutely no stuttering so far. The wife's gonna love it, and if the wife loves it my shares rocket!! ;)
 
I can't authenticate to my account. Not a good start... :mad:
