Will update on Tuesday with specifics here. Official launch is being delayed a bit by some development hiccups. No fault of our developers, mind you. External factors. But we will perhaps do a soft-launch instead.

Unlike other ISPs we don't reconcile your mybb username to an account, so you'll have to go to our website and start a support chat to get more info.

BTW, the website is the preferred method of offering support moving forward rather than the email method.
