Ping to New York using speedtest.

/snip

If you can give me a website that is definitely hosted in the US I can just do an ordinary ping for that. Most of the sites I tried either had local or EU mirrors.

see that button that says "share this result"? works much better than cropping a screendump  :D

Zertop's "Is it my Line" Results
Basic Report:

Your average ping was 21ms
Your maximum ping was 36ms

Looking at your average ping, your line seems to be running perfectly :-)
Looking at your maximum ping, however, it seems as though there could be a slight intermittant issue on the line. If required, please post the results to a forum post.

*edit*

Seems to have come right. Odd...

So looking at the above results I should be good to go with http downloads, but it just doesn't work :(. No matter where I try to download from the download starts ramping up to full line speed, gets close and then I start to lose 1KB/s until either A: The download just stalls or B: I get the error "Unknown network error." Really perplexed here...

My line has died for some reason.
Just a blinking light on my modem.
I have checked all the relevant cables and can access the router but it stays disconnected even after a long power down.

My speed and quality since yesterday afternoon have taken a nose dive.
GT6 dc'd a lot yesterday and today the race quality shows "low quality', where it is usually " high or good".

Weird. Speedtest is giving me awesome results, but everything just feels... sluggish.

What is CW's account details

Account details?

Live Chat is down chaps...

Shouldn't be. It's moved to the left of the page. We're making some changes to the site and our backend services over the coming days as we prep for launch. We're currently testing our integrated support system and when it was added it moved to the left of the page. I've asked the developers to move it back to where it should be though.

Does that guys mean you intend to launch quite soon? :D

My Bad..it is but seems to be missing something...its hiding behind the lightbulb...I can literally only see the top of the "C" a bit of the "A" and the "T". But I found it :-)

+1 - been like this for weeks for me. SSH is as laggy as ***** to be honest. I can barely even work on servers in the EU.

It's clear that CW is becoming the Streamer/Gamer ISP of choice. Latencies as low as possible, Streaming / Gaming prioritised over everything else, and the rest just going on a best effort basis. It's sad actually, as there is a fair amount of other people that actually use the Internet daily for their bread and butter.

And we'll be launching our full product range for all usage-scenarios in the coming weeks to account for this. And as soon as all issues are resolved we'll be removing the restrictions on a whole host of services, even on entry-level products.

Busy talking to the devs now to move it.
