Howzit guys, can anyone comment on KZN performance. Planning to leave current ISP from the 1st Sep and I need help deciding between CW uncapped 4MB or WebAfrica capped.
I dont want to start yet another "Which is the best ISP" thread since I'm only considering CW UC or WebAfrica capped.
No issues reported of KZN troubles at all, but I'll let other customers confirm for you.
We're about to release our capped and "other" specials as well as increasing the value proposition on our current accounts.

Seems that something similar has happened here.. they issued the tracking number, but the parcel hadn't been collected.
They've responded and told me to look after 2pm today...
CW is bloody marvellous. You won't regret moving to them. If you live in an area with a decent exchange and good ADSL infrastructure, you will be amazed at the performance. I'm mainly looking for a package with good streaming, 95% of my downloads are scheduled from 00:00 to 06:00.
I was on live chat before and thats why I'm only considering you guys or webafrica. Is there anyway to see what your capped pricing is looking like? I got pricing on the 4MB UC bundle already.

You used our ideas submission section instead of the chat section. Chat is on the bottom right, ideas submissions are on the bottom left.
