Customer / Project Manager Software

Hi
My wife has an accounting firm. I am looking for software to help her manage her clients work load.
Some clients VAT need to be done every 2 months, PAYE every month. Others only their financials one a year. I am looking for something almost like Outlook calendar function but that you can organise things by client details as well and do time management/ project management so she can see if there is free / busy times.

Any Suggestions?
