Cyberpunk 2077

There is no way the dev's that made The Witcher 3 made Cyberpunk. Must of been a different team.

Fundamentally and technically the games are the same.
Remove the Characters and the Quests and Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk function and play exactly the same.

It's the Characters, writing, story and excellent quests that saved The Wither 3.
The gameplay on its own is lacking. A lot.

It’s funny how Keanu hasn’t bothered to play Cyberpunk 2077 at all

His line delivery was dreadful. His performance was on par with his performance in Dracula.
Would not be surprised if all he saw was dollar signs.

Couldn’t get make it past 30 minutes of the Witcher 3. Controls/combat is really basic.

Cyberpunk was way better gameplay wise

Keanu Reeves played Cyberpunk 2077 and he loves it

But was it breathtaking?

The Matrix and John Wick star Keanu Reeves has not only played Cyberpunk 2077 but he's apparently also a fan.

That's according to CD Projekt president and joint CEO Adam Kicinski, who was asked by an investor in the Polish game firm's recent shareholder call what the Hollywood star thought of the eagerly-anticipated sci-fi RPG.

“He played the game”, Kicinski said.

“But as far as I know haven’t finished yet. So - but definitely, he played the game and he loves it.”

Not only does this company care about their players, but they also care about their investors, now that is breathtaking.

Which version did you play? The controls and combat mechanics were overhauled.

I have a good idea that The Witcher 3 remaster, /cough, next-gen release will outsell Cyberpunk 2077 (next-gen patch included). All pending on the price. The Witcher 3 Remaster is not a gratis upgrade, and apparently it will come with new content as well.

Isn't The Witcher 3 supposed to be a free upgrade on PC the last I heard? I've been out of the loop a bit so I'm not sure.

The switch version

The switch version

Yes, Saber developed the Switch port, but they have also been contracted to develop the next-gen version. The Witcher 3 "remastered" is an outsourced title. They also did the Crysis remasters and is also currently busy with porting Kingdom Come: Deliverance to the Switch.

This is why I initially thought The Witcher 3 remaster, or Complete Edition, isn’t a drop, since it isn’t in-house value created.

Saber has accumulated various companies over its time.

Well, let's take a look at Cyberpunk's gameplay

You shoot, maybe melee, maybe use a perk
You can go the sneaky route and blind someone, or overload them which does a bit of damage etc, but it's the same ****.
And that's the combat.

That is not basic?
Let's look at the content outside of quests.

A bunch of question marks littering the map
In Wither these can be a chest. A monster guarding a chest or a bandit camp.
Pretty basic

In Cyberpunk it's dudes you have to kill
Over and over and over for.
Less then basic.

The two are basically the same thing with different skins.
The skin the Witcher wears just has a better back story with more detailing on it.

'Way' better?
..... nah
