Anyone else think this game looks mediocre as fsck?
Hype train fully booked.
If you got the hardware then it's gonna look fantastic" IF " !
Not looks as in graphics but gameplay.
Haven't watched much actual gameplay. But knowing CDPR they will definitely tweek or fix any gameplay mechanistic that it's fans don't like. Have a lot of respect and administration for them as a developer. That's why most people let these delays slide. But they need to release the game in Dec. Let's hope. Not looks as in graphics but gameplay.

3 options? Mmm, looks like I'll have to play through 6 times.Have you fellas decided what life paths you're choosing? Street Kid, Nomad or Corpo?
Only boarded the hype train myself recently so no idea about life path.
I’m definitely playing on PC but I need to upgrade my GPU... ray tracing is complicating things a bit.
Street Kid. Same reason I played a Street Kid Soldier in Mass Effect. I just enjoy the idea of being just a guy thrown into an impossible situation.Have you fellas decided what life paths you're choosing? Street Kid, Nomad or Corpo?
If you dont have a 2000 or 3000 series GPU then you cant put RT on, unless im misunderstanding you.
No I am fully glorious and understand the hardware side of things but there’s a trade off going with AMD vs nVidia - more vram and higher frame rate vs DLSS and better ray tracing ? Not sure if the 6800 could even do RT without DLSS. Guess we’ll find out.If you dont have a 2000 or 3000 series GPU then you cant put RT on, unless im misunderstanding you.
Nope, it means that buying the PS4/Xbone versions on disc will net you an upgrade to the next gen versions when you use that disc in a PS5/Series X/S. Similarly buying it digitally on either previous gen console and then installing on the current gen will also see the upgrade included upon download.I've got a stupid question, please don't mock me too much ... in terms of physical discs, I'm just seeing Cyberpunk available in XBOne and PS4 versions for pre-order.
Does that mean that on launch it hasn't been optimised for XSX and PS5 yet, so you're essentially going to be playing a brand new game with old-gen technology, until they release a texture update pack for the next generation consoles?
There won't be any next gen patches for the game until next year I believe. They'll still be enhanced with better resolution and framerates but i think the visuals are going to be the same as the last gen consoles until we get that next gen update.Nope, it means that buying the PS4/Xbone versions on disc will net you an upgrade to the next gen versions when you use that disc in a PS5/Series X/S. Interesting. I wonder whether I shouldn't just hold off on playing the game until then. It's not like I'm going to play it twice, so surely the first time I play it it needs to be as good as it can be?There won't be any next gen patches for the game until next year I believe. I’ve been thinking about this too because I’m an indecisive person, and so far my thoughts are that the original artistic vision for the game didn’t include next-gen features, so those things will be nice add-ons but not essential to the spirit of the game. Their target spec was probably PS4 pro for consoles and a GTX 1060 for PC.Interesting. I wonder whether I shouldn't just hold off on playing the game until then. Then again, I would like to have a good game to play these December holidays. Decisions decisions ... anybody else on the fence?
