I understand the hype behind this game but it's somewhat underwhelming for me.

It's weird for me because I was interested in it since the very first teaser trailer many years ago, but my interest died at some point. Not sure why. Kinda glad I didn't buy into the hype. I always thought the cyberpunk theme was fairly niche as well. Surprised it blew up the way it did.

I may get it one day when it's on special or free on Epic Games lol.

Skippy is essentially Borderland's Claptrap.
Aside from those misfires and the switching to puppy mode with zero hint it could happen... aside from the status of his previous owner - which should have been a hint...

But mostly those misfires...

I got confirmation that gigs may break, and that it isn't a rare issue and is a priority to fix at the moment.

I am in the final stretch of the game, unfortunately, I cannot do 100% completion due to the broken gigs. I now have six in total which doesn't want to trigger completion. Out of nowhere, 2 gigs I did around 20hrs into the game randomly triggered completion about 60hrs in... don't know, don't ask, I wasn't remotely close to where these gigs took place when it triggered and these are all gigs which becomes available after the interlude. I reported these issues to CDPR after I believe I have played enough to file a comprehensive bug report.

After I am done with the game I will post my final game time here. Just for notice, my Steam playtime is wrong, the game keeps on running in Steam even though I exit, but the game save tracks the game time.

Another guy who claims 100% completion (incl. every Steam achievements) have his game pegged at 93hrs. I know people are downloading trainers for this game, so I take some results with salt.

27 hours in.. still enjoying it but side gigs are a tad boring now. Been doing that for the majority of the time.

No offense, but considering how many of you played the Mass Effect trilogy and thought it was good, I'm going to play Cyberpunk and see for myself. Your taste is questionable. :p
You digging for that nerve aren't you? :cautious:

Single crash to desktop after character creation screen, and crackling audio at times. No other issues so far. Absolutely love it. Playing as street kid.

Had zero hype for this game until last month. Something was wrong with me. It’s so, so good.

anybody found any of the easter eggs,
like the glados from portal one.
A few, some which are mentioned here but without detail.

I am a bit uncertain of the numerous cameos in this game, and those I did come across didn't sell it to me.

Anyone seen Dr Disrespect anywhere?

The whole Matrix red pill/blue pill one is dangled in front of your face a few times incase you didn't get it the first time.

The game has now got me wanting to upgrade my CPU. This is the first time I've seen my i5 8600k at close to full utilization in certain scenarios.

The lowly 6-core/non-hyperthreaded setup is found wanting (even at 4.8ghz) trying to keep up with my now ancient, but signficantly overclocked, 1080ti.
I actually think there are some optimisation issues with Cyberpunk. I have an i5 7600 which is consistently at 90%+ utilisation, while my GTX 1060 appears to not be very taxed at all, despite the lower FPS. It's way more busy on older games like Titanfall2 than it is on Cyberpunk - which I don't understand.

It still needs a lot of work when it comes to optimization, there is some guides on steam to improve the game slightly.

Both my old potato and ROG gaming laptops heat up to 80 - 100 + degree's and I have no idea on how to keep them below optimal temps.

But like I said, it still needs a lot of work this game.

Edit: I don't have any issues with game graphics quality or FPS - I'm more worried I burn a laptop shaped hole in my table :)
