PCMR can enjoy playing it hunched over their desks at 1080p in super duper ultra extra high with shadows and draw distance maxed out, in their wannabe racing car chairs.

Wish we could flout our settings about the internet and get laid as much :(

Meanwhile us console peasants will have to live a much simpler life playing at 1800p for now until the proper next gen patch drops next year. While slumped in front of our 65" in our underwear.

I understand the mockery, but the time has come when console players can no longer be wrapped under a blanket statement. If people are going to mock, they need to be more specific between base last gen consoles and the next gen ones. Cos the next gen consoles have better hardware than most in this thread trying to tweak their config files just to get their ancient hardware to run the game properly...
 
Now going the chageback route seeing "gog is ignoring" my request; been 5 days at support without beep or boop. So much for that refund policy of theirs. I've filed a dispute via paypal and lets see where that goes. Apparently it works.

*one guy hammered the ticket system and got blocked. I'm not going that route. haha.

Seems that gog is intentionally making it hard to get a refund. So neither they or steam are better at this in the end. I'll think twice before I get something on either or just go the cheapest route between egs, gog, steam or ms store. At this stage it is **** the notion of 'oh wait gog is leet and I'm willing to pay in that extra to support them'.

You'd think it'd be easiest to get a refund from GOG considering they are owned by CDPR.
 
Seeing some vids online and it looks like they have sorted the old gen's out, fps and general quality of graphics are much much better.

Let's hope it stays this way :)

This is such an outdated notion. Myself and friends with the same interest has had a TV also hooked up with their standard PC monitor for years. You can hook up anything you want to a PC and sit where you want, that's what makes it great. There are no limits attached to a desktop PC.
