They moved all the ADSL customers to a new cercuit to compensate for the problem. Now it would get slow and messy cause the stats won't work correctly! CHECK YOUR STATS CAREFULLY!
Print screen your connection logs cause when this mess is cleaned up the connection logs will be fixed and your cap won't be fixed!
