Dagga boy wins his case

The real irony is that government can easily slap a minimum age on mj once they legalise it.. :D

Maybe on your.. uhm.. walkabout you should take the time to consider & explain to us what exactly about the war on drugs not having the intended effect on the consumption of drugs you don't understand? All the evidence point to harsher drug laws simply not having the desired outcome, no matter how much you really, really want it to.

It's such a pity that sometimes the very people most likely to benefit from exanding their tiny minds usually are the least likely to experiment with psychedelics as a way of attaining enlightenment. It may come as a suprise to you but not all drug users are of the 'lets see how ****ed-up we can get' kind..

not only harsher laws, enforcement also. harsher laws without enforcement is pointless.

so you think eating some shrooms or sniffing some coke expands your mind? lol sure bro.

Then what's your concept of gateway?

a gateway substance is one which opens doors to the use of others, it doesn't matter if they are legal or not. benzine and what other cr@p people sniff is legal to purchase, but it leads to other drug use. likewise with dagga.

he seems to think that ready access to dagga takes that away, the legality or access to it doesn't change that

There is no evidence that one drug leads to the use of another drug. None. If any 'gateway effect' is seen it's social in nature just as I outlined, not chemical or biological.

well bio apparently there is no such thing as a gateway drug so phew i can go buy another 6 pack.
So you admit there's no such thing as a gateway drug, then?

Mankind has sniffed, snorted, rubbed, licked, smoked or otherwisely imbued various substances in the pursuit of awakening their spirituality, learning about the inner workings of the mind and/or connecting with their gods since the beginning of time.. but D3x! almighty has just dismissed all those eons of shared experience with his 'lol sure bro' response.

Don't stress tho, the concept of possible higher planes of existence through awakening of the mind is probably just too advanced a concept for someone with limited capacity to fully grasp. Not everyone will see a mountain and long to climb it just because it's there, and that's perfectly fine you'll probably find something of your own to conquer one day.

As for your still harping about harsher laws, plus enforcement mind you, proves that you do not have the ability to assimilate & process information to come to original logical conclusions on your own. Think about it, we have whole countries now abandoning the ban on dagga and legalising because the alternatives just don't work, but again you obviously think you have all the answers and the rest are all wrong.

That's just narcissistic..

So the pupil broke the laws of this country but can return to school because the school did not follow exactly what was set in the disciplinary code......

Wow the school should have just called the cops and ruined this youngsters life.....

Wonder if children can now suddenly do other illegal things and get away with it....
