Data balannce not available on website

I cannot retrieve my data balance on the 8ta.com website today...it only gives the airtime balance but data not available. Anybody experiencing the same problem ? (I do have an active bundle)
 
Same here, called VC. Eish, we dont know!
 
Spoke to a consultant earlier and asked him. He said they busy doing an upgrade so it will have limited functionality but should be back up soon
 
End of the month, new month story. Today morning seite was loading but slow. Purchasing new bundle, succesful, SMS arrived, but site still shows no bundle, had to wait 1 hour for SMS about activating bundle, so not only Web site problem. As writing this, not loading my data anymore.
