I bought a 600MB data bundle on the 28th March. I have a SGS and use 3G watchdog to monitor my usage and use wifi when at home and office. I woke this morning with an sms from Vodacom stating that costs are now being deducted from my account as my bundle is finished
According to my data usage I have only used about 260MB. This is ridiculous. 3G watchdog has been mostly accurate for the last few months (give or take a small error margin) so why would it be wrong now? I am almost certain Vodacom messed this up and now I am struggling to get hold of customer care.
Has this happened to anyone else before because I think this is bollocks and I want it sorted asap?
