In September I bought once-off data as well as 500 Gig LTE night surfer. The issue I experienced was that the data expiring at the end of October was consumed before the once-off packages thereby ensuring that I did not have data left for the last few days in October. I did contact Telkom and here is their answer:

So near the end of October I went through this exercise again and currently my data expiring at the end of November is consumed before my once-off data. I sent Telkom the proof as well. I'm still waiting for their answer as they are ignoring my messages via Facebook Messenger.
Does anyone else have this problem?
