Dear Iburst - Today is the 9th

For all those with account/billing problems, your best bet to get a response out of iBurst is to lay charges of theft and fraud against the company, its CEO, and top management. That way they will all be forced to appear in court in person.

iBurst have quite clearly shown that they don't give a sh*t about their customers. I don't see why you guys take their crap for months and months on end. I'd put it in a request to cancel (whether they get it, lose it, or even care doesn't matter), stop the debit order each month, consistently, and lay charges of fraud and theft.

Jannie - you have failed the myBB community (all of us, not just iBurst subscribers), and you have failed all iBurst subscribers as well.

I once had some respect for iBurst. But now I can't decide which company is more pathetic, Neotel or iBurst??

I had a feeling that iBurst was going to do this to their month2month clients.

So let me get this straight;

If you are on month2month, you no longer get the 64kbps service, you have to pay an extra R199 for that privilege.

If you are on contract, you still get the 64kbps service until your contract expires.

Therefore iBurst has just screwed the guys on month2month. Thanks iBurst, I appreciate your service...:wtf:

For R199, I will rather buy 3GB of data...:erm:

Just sent in my cancellation.

i will also from now on be something that the sale people will hate

A Iburst product assassin.

The same , as a technical proffesional i get asked alot about internet connection options. I will slander and bad mouth Iburst at every oppertunity. I will even create oppertunities to drag this company`s name into the mud.
You have lost more bussiness today than you will ever know.
A bussiness without integrity and trust is bound for failure. Looks like iburst is well on its way down.

Indeed , no respect for his customer neither his own words and promises.

throttled 64kbps service will be available to you as a value added service on all packages excluding Wireless Starter (80MB).

So now the guys on wireless 2 packages can have the 64kbps service for an extra R199? (iBurst changed their mind on this)

Err...no thanks, I'm not paying R199 for a 64kbps service...

DenSweep

Thanks for that - 1 or 2 details changed - the delete button is my favourite friend.

Gcebile phoned me yesterday enquiring if I wanted to change back, I never run out of my cap, so I said no.

Thanks to Gcebile for checking up with me about it :)

Well good for you then...
Your pro Iburst comments are really getting tiring.

Diegoa why are you the only one who gets good Sh*t-Burst service?! Sounds fishy, and let's put it this way, you're the exception not the rule, so nobody cares, especially those who are being scr*wed right, left and center.

Now, I think we should all just taken Sh*t-Burst to small claims court and hold Jannie liable for this cr@p service, it's ongoing and pathetic, I give up on this company and I want out of my contract. They are a disgrace!

I guess iburst is going to get really annoyed with you now..

Ronald/Gcebile.... Please confirm that you are offering to revert some people, but not others please.

i would also be very interested on knowing what the criteria is.

Zodiak you are safe, you'll have your 64kbps service until your contract ends.

About your billing issues, well there you have every reason to be upset.

As far as I can understand.

People who signed a 24 month contract get to keep their 64kbs throttle. Month to month subscribers do not

just my 5 cents

I am aware that I will get to keep my throttle but it is everything else, including sh*t service that I have to put up with non stop which makes me want out of a contract with this pathetic excuse for a company. There is always a cr@p surprise lurking around every corner, I am still waiting for their CRM Henry to call me back as promised since Tuesday, pathetic!

Isn't there a right of freedom of speech.
They cant just delete posts because it suits them

Yes I agree.
I hope RPM atleast posts an article about this so that people are aware of the false promises that this company gives.
Need to prevent people from falling into the iburst contract trap , lured by false promises.
I say again , if you cant trust the person running the company you cannot trust the company or any of their staff as they are bound to follow the example set by the head of their company.

That's like saying you have the right to do as you please where you please.... Freedom of speech is setting up your own website and saying what you want - not putting it up on someone else's website and then getting upset when they delete it... its their right of admission :p

P.S. I don't agree with them deleting posts purely because they might be close to the employees/management of said companies.
