Saw the netflix app on my TV. Took them long enough.

Really impressed with quality. Streaming via Wi-Fi on 10meg line, throttled to 6meg after ASSIA has its way. FHD (program defendant) does not skip a beat.

Another new firmware version for JU6000 uploaded last night - 1443.00. I'll try upgrading this evening.

For some reason my TV won't update. Stuck on 1412. Netflix still working great though.

Is it the latest firmware version? Pretty sure as last update was 2012 I think it is but you never know.
I initially found the stuff didnt work. But think I may have used >| instead of the >> buttons?
Otherwise chromecast your best bet.

I'm sorted with Netflix using my WD TV live. Although it is an old device, it is working. Does need an upgrade, so I am on the hunt for a Roku 2 XS/Roku 3.

My Sony Blu-ray player did a firmware update, and promptly informed me that YouTube has been disabled as from that day.

With uncapped lte can play netflix everywhere but on sony tv via samsung bd player. Assume because I switched bd player to uk to access netflix app.

Got a Netflix ens not supported line in smarthub. Googled and got above thread. Samsung blocking deliberately not realising we will go to alternates and not new samsung products. At least not now.

Same tv I have, Netflix works like a charm!!


The OS update takes forever though, it's around 1.4 gig

Using a chromecast. Quicker than bd player
