Decent desktop retailers?

Before you pull the trigger I suggest you visit carbonite

There are some resellers there like Ajay that sell refurbished Dell units with on site warranty at very good prices. All ready to go incl windows installed.

tRon, been doing quite bit of reading and comparing... it seems better to build compare to buy.
Trying to stay in a reasonable budget, is rather challenging...

Sorry it's this model
F4-3000C15Q-16GRR it's the 3000mhz not the 3200mhz
But it also supports
F4-3600C16D-16GVK
And it supports
F4-3200C16D-16GTZB
Which as far as I know had the same memory modules as the listed one.
 
this is what I will get... the G.skill TridentZ memory seems be compatible with a few boards...

Lupus/ponder, what do you think, good choice?

If it matches in the link Ponder sent then yes which it seems to. Phew never knew the Ryzen could be so fussy, I just got the TridentZ RGB for my Gigabyte B450 and my buddy just got the Aegis for that Asrock without any issues.

I cant find the codes listed under qvl...
Can you recommend?

That qvl is very limited, I doubt these companies bother updating the lists. Unless it's on the qvl I'm not prepared to stick my neck out and say X will be 100% fine.
You should in theory be fine with any samsung b-die ram.

Problem I've noticed is it has a *

G.Skill Trident Z 3200 MHz CL16*F4-3200C16D-16GTZB
The * means it could be Hynix or Samsung apparently.
Looking on the Gigabyte QVL from last year my RAM isn't supported either
G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GTZR
But it's working perfectly fine at 3200mhz. I just took the RAM as it was on Wootwares recommended RAM.

The ASRock mobo is not in stock. Rebel and Woot might only get stock next month.

I am considering the MSI B450 Gaming Plus, any opinion on this?
