Obviously not haha. But still, great for the price.
If I need a pair after these will give em a bash, thanks

Unfortunately you won't get much for that price. The Sennheiser CX300 is their entry level model, and again while better than the junk that comes with phones, it's not by much.
"Really decent" IEMs start in the $100 to $300 range such as the Etymotic ER4, Sennheiser IE6, Hifiman RE-400, Sure SE 215 that kind of thing. Or even Sony's XBA series.
Not looking to be able to here the band playing live. I use the buds for max 2 hours a day at gym.
Well then you shouldn't have said "really decent", just "better than the stock crap"![]()
No.
I consider myself an audiophile and produce music with an expensive set of Headphones.
I often use these just as a reference test for my Master mixes.
They have decent bass output, nice sound stage and are more than loud enough.
I never go full volume and even then I don't remember it ever distorting.
Good, crisp, warm sound.
I'm probably one of the biggest CX 300-II precision fanboys around, using my pair regularly! You should definitely buy them, you won't be disappointed.
Ahem, I would add the caveat of "for the price" to the bolded bit. They're good, but there are high end models that just embarrass them (albeit for much more).
What headphones do you produce with?

I'm using Skullcandy's Ink'd in ear earphones and they do the job well for the sub R300 price tag.
pfff
? You actually tried a pair of these Skullcandy. I challenge you to find a better pair of earphones for R150.
