Dell 9560 replacement battery

So the current battery is bulging and pushing the trackpad out. Since it's mostly used in desktop mode, it's on AC power 99% of the time. Purchased in Feb 2018, so I expected a bit longer life out of it, but anyway.. struggling to get a replacement :( Anyone knowing where I can source a Dell 6GTPY 95 Wh battery ? Have been in touch with Notebook Company, where I sourced a replacement for another Dell model, and a couple of other people.

@Flashgear, any ideas maybe from your side ?

Notebook company are thieves and scam artists. Would not touch them with a barge pole. Paid them for a battery which they simply never delivered and refuse to refund me because I had the audacity to ask them why there was no feedback after I made payment. CEO Christopher Riley is an arrogant cnt.
 
@Luke7777 call Dell support and tell them the issue they will be able to provide you with a replacement, if you dont come right drop me a Whatsapp or mail and ill try source you one :)
 
@Luke7777 - I'll give second @Flashgear on this one. I had to replace a Dell battery last year. I tried Carbonite, and some of the retailers there really tried to get good prices for me. Somehow, though, Dell support itself worked out cheaper than anything that I could get elsewhere. They were cheaper than gray imports, and cheaper than even some of the 3rd party replacements.

Mine was in 2018, not last year. It worked out to R1053 for a replacement for a VFV59 (52 Wh) battery, including shipping to my workplace.

wait is that why my trackpad has suddenly started lifting in the front???? Also a dell XPS 15

0800167000 , option 3, followed a voice prompt or 2, supplied the express service id (10 digit number at the back), waited a while, service agent on the line , asked for the service tag, on hold while looking for stock, came back, talked a bit while he was doing the quote, discussed IPL (he's based in Bangalore) and that's it :)
