Demon's Souls - PS3 RPG

I think they charge R30 for Speed Services.
AFAIK you can also do a direct transfer and just e-mail or fax them proof of payment.

Just finished the first run through. I think the most hardest boss was probably the flamelurker. The stages are alot more harder leading up to the boss. The 2nd playthrough is no push over. This is when Demon Souls actually starts. :)

Nice man, so you can then give me some info on 4-2. Once you're past the 2 caves you enter an area with what looks like glowing trails of light, and underneath the paths are some snail-like creatures. Should i remain on the paths or jump down in the muck, and should i completely avoid those trailing lights?

You can find the "Gripless" Katana in the muck. The trailing lights are like those orange lights in 2-2. Once you get near them, they explode. Try to avoid them if possible. I use the tower shield and when I go near them, I block which my stamina absorbs most of the damage. The slugs are not so hard but don't let them gang on you.

Is the gripless katana worth the effort?
How far is the 4-2 boss from that area?

Depends, Everytime you apply damage (ie. even if you hit a shield), you lose 3% of your health, which for me is not a good thing. The Makoto Sword is even worse. You lose 1% of your health every 2 secs. But both have quite high base damage. You are very close to the boss. Make sure you equip Thief ring on if you want to make your life easier. The boss is blind so it will require you to make noise to be able to see where you are. Range attacks would be the best.

Awesome, Hard Arrows have been a huge help for me so far, and the whole of 4-2 i've been playing with the Thief ring on, mainly so those damn manta rays won't notice me.

I find that even soul arrows are good help if you got mana to spare. 4-2 boss requires patience. Don't be quick because he can kill you in 2-3 swipes. I suggest that when you enter, run on the right hand side because he walks down the corridor. Then hide behind the broken stairs on the left. Once he reaches the opposite end, shoot him 2-3 times and hide because he will run and attack you but the broken stairs will block him. Once he attacks, he will continue to walk away from you again. Repeat. Thats my strategy. Maybe you can find a better way. ;)

Shot, seems to have worked for you, so for now, that'll be my strategy. ;)

Need to refocus. Got the 4-2 boss down to half of his HP last night, only to have him then do his jump/slash. One shot = me dead. 49000+ souls poof.....

RPG Fan, do you hide on the left or right hand side of the stairs, ie if you're at the stairs looking back at the entrance you came in from, would you hide on the stairs' left or right?

When you run down the corridor on the right hand side, the stairs will be on the left. Its the broken stairs with the body on it. I killed him again this way in New game+.
Strategy: Don't go up the stairs, just lean against the wall opposite the stairs.ie. You will be facing the stairs and can see the boss walking up and down the corridor. Make sure he is not near you when you shoot. When the boss walks away/towards you shoot him once. He will swing left & right and then scream. By this time get back into position. He will do 2 things, continue to walk or will come running in your direction and jump and slash. If he continues to walk, shoot again and see what he does. If he runs and slashes, the stairs will block him. Wait till he walks in the opposite direction before you shoot him again. It takes time. Don't be hasty because if he comes into the spot you are hiding, it is over.
