If you are being serious i would suggest you keep the nicotine going, you will get depressed from withdrawl so how will you know whether it's the nicotine or your brain?

Watch the relationship ones as well. Just watching and listening to her makes you positive.
Copa i am slightly worried thought, you are going to be shocking your body by quitting all these things at once, how will you know what is causing your depression/mood? Remember becoming a positive person takes time, Every time you think something negative try find the positive, you eventually just do it without having to remember to be positive. what i found helped was a walk, just go outside and walk around and look at how wonderful life is. It sound stupid but many people don't appreciate just how amazing this planet is.
