So I was all excited to get the game, went to BT games to get my pre ordered version and now I get an error that says:
ERROR: The file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Updates\d3-0-9558-Win-final.MPQ" appears to be corrupt. You may need to download this file again.

:-(

I have deleted that file, which results in the launcher starting to DL a 30+MB file, with 25.2 MB left, I get the error again

Can anyone help?!?!?!

Thanks

I know that they released a new launcher / downloader for people who downloaded the game before Saturday. Apparently it fixes some download issues. Not sure if you got a boxed copy or not.

Disabling P2P transfers in the launcher also speeds up the transfer most of the time, this may help you.

Hey.... I had the same issue this morning, and i re-tried the download a few times. That was until i got fed-up and deleted that file! The installer downloaded it again and passed right through. Hope this helps you...

Disabling p2p is the only thing that fixed it for me :) No problems after that even on Linux :p
