The problem I have with the GTR in question is the launch. It launches quicker than my bike. I'm willing to put my slips of my bike any car that thinks it can launch quicker than the GTR. So remember to bring those registration papers when you come ;)
 
I personally love seeing what some people do to their cars.

On vwclub.co.za there is a section where guys show you, from start to end what they do to their cars and project cars and it's amazing and beautiful.

The 911 Turbo S has always been marginally quicker than a GTR pretty much most the way ;)
 
It has a clutch issue - still want it? :P
 
To the OP, unfortunately not, can't afford it right now. One day, when I can afford it, I'd love to have an extra car, not my daily drive, and do some work to it. Would be solely for track/ quarter mile purposes mind you. Friend worked on his daily car, way too many issues.
On Top Gear they make it look so easy to get an old car, do a few modifications, and go racing (races seem to be in abundance UK side as well). Anyone do that here - attend track day racing events I mean in their private capacity for fun, proper racing, not the quarter mile types? (not that quarter mile racing is not real racing... what ,I mean is, ag, you know what I mean! :) )

firstly, if the car you have is not the best it could possibly be, you should not have bought it, you should have bought the best car for the money, simple logic. if it was the best it could possibly be and you then modded it to make it "better" then you are lying to yourself in one way or another (was it the best/did you make it better)

this statement holds true for engine upgrades, exhaust changes, adding spoilers, side skirts, massive sound, lights underneath and any other thing that you did to make your car "unique".

you have wasted money, time and you are actively working towards making our country a stupider place.

PS I feel the same about adding lights to Pc towers, overclocking a CPU, adding highlights to your hair, or any other waste of money to make something better for a purely Zef reason.

Is a bonnet bra a "stone guard"? I have one on my car (bought it like that, demo model :o). Tried to take it off but it is bolted to the bonnet :wtf:. Don't see the point of it: sure it can't protect the bonnet much? And it looks quite "zef" which is why I tried to take it off.
