DigiChilli January Status and feedback

I used to have an axxess express uncapped account before digichilli, and it worked fine, left it because R899 was a bit steep when buying a house
 
I've now posted a complaint on Hello Peter about them. Digichilli loves taking your money once you've canceled, but don't like giving it back. Basically they're full of horse poop.
 
getting 120k constant on a spicy account ? dunno what you people are complaining about :) intro so far has been good only got the account today and already done 1.9 gigs :P which isnt bad for the price ! and browsing while downloading is 100's

Liar!

No offence, but i got a spicy, and the most i ever got on a speed test was 3.3mb, and that was for like 10Min, after that, 0.02Mb is the max.

Show us some speedtests, please
 
awesome speed

Just got my logon info and im getting awesome speeds on spicy @ torrent (ave 36kB/s) & browsing isn't slow even when downloading on 384 line
 
Dunno how I managed it but here is my usage for January

Uploaded: 2 847 488 032
Downloaded: 70 113 893 609
Total Combined: 72 961 381 641

Not bad but if these speeds continue I doubt I'll get more than half of those results, but miracles do happen :)
 
Whats bursting?

And how can someone be getting 120k speed on a spicy which is capped at 256 connection?

Not sure either with all their downtime.
it should take roughly 8hrs to download a 700Mb file, on a 384 line. at full speed.

STILL 20kBs here and I imagine the many others who've complained are still stuck in the same boat. Is it only HTTP that is shot to **** at this point?

Upload: 21 904 909 308
Download: 31 324 432 141
Combined: 53 229 341 449

That's just about 50 Gig for R240 (Got the discount). R4.80/GB is way acceptable to me.

I do limit my downloads to 15kBs during office hours, and surfing while downloading at 15kBs is still fine, so is my VOX phone connection.
 
Mmmmmmm, I got about 71gigs for january on my 384 line. So am a happy camper, got about the same when i was on the axxess express account, except that it was R600 more expensive. Now if only they can get past this flippen 20KBs threshold, then I'll be smiling all the way

:eek::eek:.....how are u getting that......mine max out at 3KB's on http downloading and browsing is just a dream.....:twisted::cry::wtf::whistle:

Uhhh well when bursting was still around early ;ast month I dis 800mb's in +- 6 hours :wtf: No jokes

Did anyone notice DC kinda died for a few minutes? Hmm prehaps something is going on at DC HQ :)

Ok, 6hrs i could do! but 8hrs, that's just not on.

Actually sub 1hr is the way forward. Wooo Hoo for 4Mb.

How long do you wait before they activate the account after paying by credit card? Do they email you everything i can't seem to find anything when I log in.
 
i got allot of downloading done before they did the whole virtual pipe thing.

uploaded: 18 238 980 849 bytes

downloaded: 114 709 744 650 bytes

combined total: 132 948 725 499 bytes

on the R300 package on 4mbps line
