Speeds have slowed down, only getting between 10-16KB/s.
Is there a problem today with DC - my speed on Rapidshare is now less than 1KB/s?
Since no one has mentioned it yet, I will.
If DC resells the new IS uncapped products, I will stay with DC.

I don't think they will, I got a very strong feeling they plan to lower their prices very soon
Speeds are in the cr@pper, but at least it just isn't me this time. I hope by tomorrow it is sorted :erm:

This is a Managed Service and priority will always be given to Business Protocals.
The Spicy package is intended for general ordinary businesss usage and browsing.
Using this package for games will not really yield effective results as games are bandwith intensive. The Mild,Medium and Hot packages can effectively handle such bandwith intensive programs.
You have to prioritise your protocals.

Is this the standard answer for any technical speed problems. This is what I was told when I phoned them yesterday twice to complain about speeds. Told to "prioritise" at night - speeds were worse! Well this answer is cr@p everything was working fine unitl a couple of days ago - and reading this thread DC can not tell me that mine was an isolated case.
I'm giving it another month by then should have all the news regarding the service, speed of MWEB, Axxcess etc and then it's time to pick a new ISP.
Digichilli if you want to keep your custoemrs you are seiously going to have do more than just pull your socks up.
