DigiChilli January Status and feedback

Also pressed the cool down button yesterday, will be joining Afrihost for the 4meg uncapped.
 
Is it just me or have speeds gone to the dogs? Getting like 12k/s on Astra, and browsing is a joke, no response at all from support.

Thanks heavens for all the new uncapped services, DC won't see money from me again I don't think.
 
Yip, moving at the end of the month, cooling down over the weekend, and when my new line is installed, I'll definitely not be coming back, I'm currently donwloading at a full 6Kbs on astraweb
 
I think its a joke and they don't even bother responding.

I smell some really off and frot chillies since the big guys have virtually shot them out of the market in one week!
 
Speeds are poo today though unlike the rest I DID get a reply from support with an apology and the usual "we are aware of the issue and will have it resolved soon".

Still, much nicer than silence that's for sure.

I don't think they will, I got a very strong feeling they plan to lower their prices very soon ;)

Speeds are in the cr@pper, but at least it just isn't me this time. I hope by tomorrow it is sorted :erm:

That theme... "I hope its sorted tomorrow"... is pretty common throughout this thread. It's incredible how many times it can be said while hanging onto customers.
 
I gave them 2 months, and although this month was not bad up till 3 days ago, their support is a joke, the service is not fast enough for general browsing, Skype sucks.

Thank heavens for competition, moving to Openweb 1 April (no ph00l)
 
Well Mweb sent me a test account, the difference is sublime to say the least, I'm testing the R219 a month and it's flying. Digichilli 20-30k, Mweb 100-120k, on the upside, Thanks for launching the uncapped revolution!
 
yeah sorry to say it but only way digichilli is gonna get there finger out of there bunghole is by getting in the game the other okes are taking over ....so good luck guys.

Is this the standard answer for any technical speed problems. This is what I was told when I phoned them yesterday twice to complain about speeds. Told to "prioritise" at night - speeds were worse! Well this answer is cr@p everything was working fine unitl a couple of days ago - and reading this thread DC can not tell me that mine was an isolated case. :mad:

I'm giving it another month by then should have all the news regarding the service, speed of MWEB, Axxcess etc and then it's time to pick a new ISP.

Digichilli if you want to keep your custoemrs you are seiously going to have do more than just pull your socks up.

Dude, seriously?
How can you actually give them another month?
You can't tell me that any probs Mweb is having is worse than what DC is.
The DC guys know their company is in k@k and that's why they're not bothering to reply on the forums.
