DigiChilli January Status and feedback

I received a reply from DC saying that the speed issue has been resolved??? How are the rest of your guys' speed?

My speeds had been great all day but they have just dropped to 4-9KB/s, half of what I was getting.

Edit: my speeds are back to normal again 30-40KB/s.

Things are looking better still a bit unstable though. Will try Battlefield Bad Company 2 later tonight and see how it goes, will update later :)

Can't be THIS month as in April ????
75GB on 384 on the 4th .... Not possible ....you must be referring to march:confused:

Technically yes, my mistake should have mentioned March, but with Digichilli a month starts from when you sign up, I signed up on the 13th so my month started on the 13th March and will end on the 13th of April.

For the whole of March I managed 84gigs and for April I have done 16gigs so far.
March was an awesome month with Digichilli, speeds were amazing. This month the speeds have been great but there have been some very annoying SLOW periods.

Not even going to bother with BFBC2 tonight speeds dropped badly and haven't improved in over an hour. Seriously DC this is NOT the way to keep customers I truly hope you get your stuff together soon or it wont just be me going bye bye.

Hope at least some people are getting better speeds :o

Ne ne ne ne nahhhh naahhh you are getting slow speeds!

Been getting 20-30kBs the past few days, not perfect but not willing to make a fuss about it as long as it doesn't go slower.

Personally DC at this point is slightly more trust worthy for me than the numerous other isps who are still deciding their restriction policies, and from what I've seen ONLY mweb is offering a service of above ****astic levels. I'm even weary of that though as I hear heavy daytime shaping is in place.

on a 4meg package and line, day speeds are more than exceptable. Averageing about 100kbs from 8 to 5, then boost to 200-250kbs from 8-11, then full speed! ATM they are miles infront of the rest

I've been getting 10-20KB/s since midnight, I hope speeds get better soon.

Edit: Decided to send Digichilli an email and just as I hit the send button my download speeds decide to go full speed(30-40KB/s).

Edit: Speeds are crap atm.

More interested in how that translates to the 384 package (and I suspect most DC subscribers - who are on the spicy package - are as well). Being used to 20/30kBs speeds obviously means 100kBs limits wouldn't be a problem for me but what I fear is on the 384 package that translates to 10kBs during the day which would be far worse than the DC average.

If digichilli spicy account was R50 - R100 cheaper it would be worth it

Around 4am speeds were back to normal for a few minutes but it seems to be back inthe low 20's zone for me.

are you guys still using DC?

Yes I am just until the end of the month unless DC gives us some reason to stay with them (cheaper prices and better speeds would do) :)
