This is what's weird, clearly they have capacity for all of us to download as we like (as we have for months now) but yet they suddenly want to shape? I can only suspect they plan on cutting capacity (thus cutting costs) and spreading the load out via the shaper. Although not that the shaper is any good at that (which is made obvious by how we ALL get full speed when it's off and yet no one gets full speed when it's on).

Oh well.......

Lol, sending them emails didn't work for me last week. Maybe we scared the living crap out of them with everyone canceling. Just dont know what to make of this, will it continue working. Or is it just to keep us happy for a few days, and beginning of next month the same crap again?

Well im on mild, so don't know if that makes a difference with the new system they are using, But getting full speed on every and any protocol

I think they had no choice but to bring the speeds back to normal. When 90% or more of your customers want out you tend to listen more. Still thinking I want to try Openweb out for a month
