DigiChilli January Status and feedback

Anyone want a free test DigiChilli account?

Well I have had it.

Single threaded HTTP downloads running between 2 KB/s and 10 KB/s when I'm lucky and IF they do not disconnect 180 MB+ into 200 MB download.

Even if it's a free test account. I had none of this cr#p while on the WA trial.

Anyone want a free test DigiChilli account?

No but you do abandon ship when it is busy sinking.

Whats weird is that HTTP Browsing is D.E.A.D but my torrents are stull chugging along, slow if from other ISP but FLYING if from DC

I WANNA BROWSE!

We were bounced onto a backup link by an upstream provider yesterday. We are currently back on the main link but are still experiencing some technical issues with it.


We are investigating and addressing the problem.

this is the update of today
 
i just phoned and got through to DC and they say the uplink to Neotel is broken and "SHOULD" be working at 830 but he cant give me a time frame. Explain that one?! Call made at 815 so you telling me they gonna solder the lines in 15 mins! yea rite :P

Sorry, but this is not the first major storm......I have had countless issues since I joined in the first week in December. This has definately been the most frustrating internet experience of my life.....
 
Done trying to get somewhere, signed up with saol. will check and give feedback. Only thing working properly was html downloads and local ftp:mad:
 
When are neotel going to offer stable transit?

Cybersmart made quite a public noise about the neotel portion of the seacom link, and clearly they were right. If it happened once in a while i could take it, but it seems to happen every few days.

If this continues to happen going forward, i will naturally be forced to change to another provider.

I signed up yesterday and cant complaint about the speed, Maxing out my 384 line with one multi threaded international download.
