DigiChilli January Status and feedback

wow, crap speed since i signed up in dec and now I cant even load websites, cant believe ive been this patient .... Mr Dave will be refunding me dec and jan subs tomorrow ... the biggest product launch failure ive ever seen in my life ? I know why its uncapped .... because nobody will ever get to a cap at this speed haha

oh and I cant even get through to tech support ...

my god, if anyone is reading this and thinking about ever signing up to digichilli ... stay away ...

who are currently offering 29gb bandwidth ? need something that works quickly tonight ... my digichilli acc shall be closed tomorrow :)

mmm no wait no instant activation ... that was another isp .... man i give up lol .... looks like im using R70 per gig acc from axxess tonight

As you can see this thread is for the network status updates and is not called "rjuch's personal status update thread" and therefore you should ask questions about afrihost in another thread.

Well since DC isn't giving the users status updates, someone has to. It might as well be rjuch
 
their service is such a contrast to Gconnect. Whenever their network is going down I get a personal phone call from them telling me it is going down. Once for only 15 minutes. I was shocked when they called a few minutes later to let me know it was going back online again. Digchilli doesn't seem to care about informing. Hours after it goes down they post a vague reason with no information or hint of when it is comes back. The contrast is quite startling really.

Dude don't get me started...not going to post the gigs i did last month...then you will be "mmmmm that's why the network is#@!@# cause of people raping it..." China's when it's good it's good, was doing my gigs and everyone else was too...one whole week of bliss....i'm happy sitting here on my prepaid, waiting for the racing light to go green again.

It is commendable that even through their tough times, there are those of you, who are willing to stand by DC.

However as long as DC has enough clients that accept all the downtime, excuses etc. They will have no reason to improve. So in fact by just letting DC get away with it all the time, you are doing more harm in the long run than good!

Signed up yesterday, not a good beginning.

I've read through many of the posts, I'm wondering if there is anyone that actually knows the real issues they are having and why they & screamer constantly have problems where other carriers do not. Is it just overselling bandwidth and growing pains?

DC and Screamer both use the same provider, BCSNet.
However, Screamer sorted out their issues out ages ago last time I looked at their thread
