To whom ever it may concern:

I would like to complain that your services range from terrible to nonexistent. I signed up even after reading that many users had a tough time connecting via your ISP. Well now I know it is true.
I signed up on the 1st and only by the 3rd did my login info work, then your services went down for 4-5 days and now with less then one day back on I am again offline and so go visit your website hoping it is just a simple problem only to see the status msg "CATASTROPHIC NETWORK FAILURE". Is this meant to be a joke? I signed up so I can be online and not have to keep buying expensive topups because I canceled my previous account.
I would like to have you please send me info on how I can be refunded for my account and also what the process is to cancel my package. For a 1000R a month I could be buying 30+ GB and it would not be leaving me offline constantly. Since you promised and failed to provide the services you stated I would be getting, I think a full refund would be only fair.

You can send Dave (see CambodiaDave who started this thread) an email. You can also send an email to Chantel Coetzee (chantal at digichilli dot co dot za).

Both of them have helped other people on the forum get their refunds.

Uhm, are you blind? Read the updates from Dave and try and figure out where the problem is and if DC can fix this problem. This is like ***king out SAA for not letting their flights depart because of a hurricane on the runway.

yes I have read the updates and it is great to be informed bout what is happening but that does not change fact that I am still offline.. in fact I read on more days updates about problems being fixed using my other ISP account then getting to actually use what I paid for.
