Mine is only stuck on 0Bytes/sec , the speed was going down and down, untill it eventually died

EDIT: seems to be on RS's side, as i am unable to open their site

I can access the Rapidshare site and download from Rapidshare on my Afrihost account, must be something Digichilli's side.
 
Is there any chance the issues are linked to the network segment we belong to? The fact that some people are able to get uTorrent over 20kB/s and I have yet to see speeds above 5kB/s. I am also not able to maintain a connection to Xbox Live. Testing the connection shows that XL is available but I cannot get my downloads to start. My RS is doing just fine. Oddly enough the speeds during the day are better than at night.

I wonder if it might make sense to add our IP addresses, packages and line speeds whenever we state speeds or applications accesibility.

So given my experiences above my IP is 41.66.66.199, package is Spicy (256kbps) and speed is 4Mbps.
 
My connection speed just halved after one of those forced connection resets ... avg 40kB/s to avg 21kB/s
 
My Rapidshare is going again but it's superslow.
My IP was IP 41.66.69.XXX today, then it changed to 45.145.75.XXX and now it's on 196.210.191.XXX. Got the IP's from my Rapidshare Logs.

my IP at the moment is 196.210.191.XXX, package is Spicy (256kbps) and speed is 384kbps.
 
browsing seems ok, do not understand why rapidshare is doing so bad atm. Any suggestions?
 
My http download speeds have improved this evening but browsing is still a huge pain.....

my IP is now 41.66.72.71

My friend is getting between 40-60KB/s for one file with Rapidshare on DigiChilli and I'm only getting between 1-6KB/s, down from the 40KB/s I was getting before 18:00.
We are both on spicy package, I 'm on 384kbps line and he is on a 4mbps line.

IP addresses?
 
I had two IP's in my Rapidshare log today, 41.66.69.XXX (I've had this IP since last week and been getting full line speed), then it changed to 45.145.75.XXX(I think the downloads slowed down when it changed to this IP).
My friend is still on the 41.66.69.XXX IP and getting 40-60KB/s with Rapidshare.

Hi guys my http browsing is pretty good the whole day but http, p2p, torrent downloading are terrible all bewlo 2.5KB/s the whole day never peeks but its very unstable allways from 0.0KB/s to 1.0KB/s and down then up every second,
My ip is 196.44.84.82 im a spicy package and line speed on this account is 384
