Yes...? And your point is?
DC will succeed. R40Million is a great incentive.
Tell us when you get there...
I feel I have to respond to this comment. Investment does not necessarily guarantee success.
Whilst I was reading this comment, I was also browsing the UK Daily Sun's web site and saw the following in relation Manchester City (Eng Prem Lge):
THE Arabs arrived at Manchester City with their zillions of pounds hoping to build a team to beat anyone in the world.
City's wealthy owners are now discovering that money does not guarantee success in football.
What really rammed the point home for me and is particularly pertinent to DigiChilli, Screamer and to us as their subscribers, is the following comment:
The success built down the road by Manchester United at Old Trafford should be a constant reminder of what can be achieved with patience.
A few points that have been oft mentioned:
1. DC should not have launched at all when they did. The current problems bear testimony to this.
2. The trial period was too short and the number of users too small.
However, all that is in the past now. DC have launched and they cannot go back on that. They have also signed up a good number of subs who arent all getting the service that was promised. All we can do is, seeing that we are not getting the service we paid for - is to walk away - vote with your credit card/bank account and give your business elsewhere.
Sure we can rant and rave and bitch and moan (some of my own behaviour) - but it is not going to get us and DC anywhere.
With time, money and effort applied correctly - DC can and will get the issues resolved.
Try again in a month or three - if the service delivery is the same - then walk away. The market will vote against DC and guess what, they will go out of business - R40m down the drain.
Before any one comments, no I am not a fanbooi nor am I on their payroll or on a free account.
