This is quite disappointing. It's really get ridiculous. You should not be having these issues on a production network. It's been two weeks since going "live" and you still don't have control of the network. I would suggest that you refund/credit all paying customers and hold all billing until the network is sorted. You can not be experimenting with a production network. Where's the planning?

Darren promised high and low that the network will be sorted after yesterday's change. Now it's this weekend...Do not make promises you can't keep.

I'm all for what DC is trying to do (affordable uncapped internet), but at R500 DC is not even delivering half the value of the Axxess R899 account.

I agree 100%. I also have no connection at all. I have paid R 240 (discounted) for the month and I am clearly not getting the service.

If I do not get atleast 10gigs for this month, then I shall consider this a waste. Using Afrihost for the same data I would have paid R 290, so that may well have been better money spent.

It is worse changing your settings getting no connection and then having to change your settings again.

At this stage I would have to question the business model behind this whole set up, especially if its a lack of investment that is to blame for this sorry saga. Is uncapped at all sustainable without the low bandwidth users who pay for 2g and dont use it all.

Ask for your money back, or consider it an investment in being able to assist with the startup of DC.

If you're still unhappy a month later, cancel and keep an eye open until it suits you to return.

They do not hold you hostage. You're free to leave at any time. They don't try to keep your business by holding your telkom line.
