So when I download a 10MB thing and it shows as 10MB downloaded, then in fact it was a 5MB and everyone is lying to me?

So when I download a 10MB thing and it shows as 10MB downloaded, then in fact it was a 5MB and everyone is lying to me?
I ported out in September after 20 years with them. Had been out of country for awhile using other providers averaging 8gig per month for a 3year period . Within 2weeks of getting back to sa I nailed 12gig with no work emails being synced. Received a refund from them and left their network.

Well good luck with the other networks as well.. If you think they are any better, well you will be in for a shock
Telkom weren't bad for October to December. MTN been impressive since January. Must say ill never touch cellc after a family fiasco a couple of years ago.

All of our networks have alot of issues to sort out trust me... It doesnt matter where you go, you will run into something.
Having worked in the sa cellular industry, I agree with you they have a long way to go with regards to client services and transparency of operations.
