Disappointed about Vodacom service

I've been disappointed by Vodacom and it's service years back and told myself I'd never use Vodacom services ever again. Last year a guy came to our neighborhood advertising fibre from Vodacom and I thought i should just give it a try.
I fibre wasn't as good as the one from Vuma and those small companies. As time passed, my son wasn't happy about the fibre and asked me to cancel it and go back to Vuma because he said it was the best.
Vodacom installed a business fibre in our home and I wasn't aware of that. When I try to cancel the fibre, they tell me that I need to pay a cancellation fee of R10 000 because it's a 3 years contract. Why was I not told about all this nonsense in the beginning. I never had these kind of problems with Vuma,i regret ever using Vodacom services ever in my life. I'm so annoyed. Vodacom is the worst network ever.

I'm sitting with a LTE contract that will cost me over R6000 to cancel.
 
So we are forced to use their services to avoid paying such crazy amounts.
When I stopped paying Vuma because we were building our house, they also closed the fibre and life went on. No fees to pay no nothing. Just like DStv, you pay for what u use. Vodacom is disgusting

Did you read the quote you signed? I just signed up my colleague with Vodacom fibre to the home via Openserve. Router delivered within 1 day and service up another day later. Great service. Month to month. No contract.

You should not even be able to install FTTB at a residential property. The FNO should have rejected the install.

CORRECTION!!
I just called vodacom and got a cancelation quote for my sim only data contract that still has to run to Jul26.
Surprisingly I only owe one months subscription.
I'm happy to pay that any day
