Disconnections every hour?

I only have disconnections when I leave the 'net. Disconnects and I either have to restart the phone a billion times or restart my PC.

Getting a little annoyed. Also, when ever I make a phonecall or get one, my internet never reconnects after I put down. That's annoying, big time. Have to restart the phone, the PC etc.

No call and the beach wasn't that nice...wind was hectic in Blouberg. At least I got a bit of sun and the tan is coming on quite well!

Now...back to disconnections...Think I'm actually starting to get used to it now. Almost like Twitter comes in 140 character bursts, so my internet now comes in 5 min bursts!

Ok, so I woke up this morning and my connection actually is on close to 7 hours 30 min...it's the longest I've been connected in 2 weeks!
 
I also had a long session yesterday (269 minutes / 4.5 hours)... but the its disconnecting again like crazy this morning :(

And I'm sorry but even though 7 hours is better than what we've had over the last week or so it still does not make up for the fact that we should not be experiencing any disconnects at all :(

@Hugo, do you have some feedback for us?

dont just say in the mail you were down, i need to know area, phys address, times experienced between, acc # or neotel tel#, and username from here would help as well so i can send the right info back

Another thing, Today has been much better with regards to the disconnection issues!... Yesterday was dreadful! last disconnection was 4 hours ago!

The disconnects are worse again today (Pretoria PN 008 / 334/ 344) :(

I can't even open Google without it disconnecting a hundred times. Yesterday was mildly better but this is just crazy...

Seriously thinking about cancelling. The problem has not been sorted for more than a week now.. :(

That's great but is the backhaul the only problem? If it is are we going to need to wait until the 13th for the disconnects to dissapear?

Why the constant disconnects and why only for the last week if its the backhaul?

When I got my antenna installed, there was also no stock.
They said ETA of 1 month, I went APE and they sourced one from another supplier... I told the guy straight, I'll wait a month, just take off a CENT off my bank account and I'm going to lay a charge of theft against Neotel.

I will NOT pay for a service that does not work (in this case, NOT working AT ALL).

He laughed, I didn't say anything - conversation ended.

Kumtech phoned me 1 hour later saying they sourced the antenna.
